Order Processing

Order Tracking

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Cancellation

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you request a cancellation after shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded (e.g., on a $100 order with a $25 shipping fee, only $100 will be refunded once the item is returned in unused condition).

Returns Due to Delivery Failure

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable in such cases.
